The Parish office will be closed for Christmas Holidays at 12:00 noon on Christmas Eve, Dec. 24th and will re-open again on Tuesday January 6th. Wishing all our Parishoners a a blessed Christmas Season! -
JUBILEE YEAR 2025 - "PILGRIMS OF HOPE"
Dear Pilgrims, we welcome you to come visit and pray before the Holy Door at our beautiful St. Basil's Church in Brantford as you make your jubilee pilgrim journey through the Diocese of Hamilton. Passport stamps will be available.
PILGRIMAGE HOURS & MASSES:
Saturday Vigil (Sunday) Mass: Sat 5:00 pm
Sunday Masses: 9:30 am & 11:30 am
Weekday Masses: Tue 7:00 pm, Wed, Thurs, & Fri 9:00 am
Personal pilgrimages can be arranged for every Thursday 9:30 am - 3:00 pm throughout the year. (please call the office in advance to book) -
REGULAR WEEKEND MASS TIMES:
Saturday: 5:00 p.m., Sunday: 9:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m.
,REGULAR WEEKDAY MASS TIMES:
Tuesday: 7 p.m & Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 9 a.m.
WEEKLY CONFESSION TIMES:
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday - 9:30 am to 4 pm (closed for Lunch 12:30-1:00 pm)
Saturdays 4:00 to 4:45 p.m and by appointment - Please call the office
OFFICE HOURS:
Thursday: - 11:00 am to 5:30 pm.(closed for lunch 2:00-2:30 pm
Monday: Office closed. Phones are not monitored on weekends.
For Funerals: Kindly notify the funeral home at your earliest and they will coordinate with the parish. You may kindly follow up with the parish office.
In an Emergency: Please proceed to the Brantford General Hospital. Once admitted, request the hospital staff to contact the on-call Catholic priest to administer the Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick (which includes both the Sacrament of Reconciliation and the Last Rites).This sacrament may be administered as soon as you or your loved one is critically ill; one does not have to wait until death is imminent. Please call the office as soon as your family member becomes critically ill.
If you have received the Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick (Last Rites) recently, then please trust that God's healing is active and working through this sacrament of healing. You may receive the sacrament again the following year if needed.
